The Tenerife Island Council is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications (hereinafter, Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September).
This accessibility statement applies to the website datos.tenerife.es.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September.
The accessibility audit carried out on 10 September 2026 on the portal’s 19 public pages yielded an average score of 91.2/100 according to Google Lighthouse (WCAG 2.1 Level AA). Isolated instances of non-compliance have been detected, which are detailed in the section ‘Inaccessible content’.

Disproportionate burden
No claim of a disproportionate burden has been made in relation to any of the unmet accessibility requirements.
Content excluded from the scope of application
In accordance with Article 3 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the following are excluded from the scope of application:

The method used to prepare the statement was a technical self-assessment carried out by the organisation itself, involving an analysis of the HTML source code, visual inspection, a review of components and an automated audit using Google Lighthouse.
